Our Story
From humble beginnings, Dynamic Diesel has been founded in grit, hard work with a work ethic of honesty, safety and quality.
Dynamic Diesel Mechanical Services Director Leigh Reilly is a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic who began a labour hire service for the mining sector in 2001 for WA and the east coast of Australia.
Leigh set out with the aim to ensure companies were provided with competent, reliable, experienced and dedicated employees to suit their individual site and fleet requirements. He still has an integral role within Dynamic Diesel, overseeing operations.
Since 2001, we have expanded our reach and range of services, and now provide skilled labour to the mining, civil, bulk haulage and rail sectors in every state of Australia.

Dynamic Diesel is committed to ensuring the safety of ourselves, our colleagues and our customers. Each and every one of us has committed to the following Life Saving Rules and these are mandatory conditions of employment, without exception.
- I will always use appropriate and supplied PPE for the task I am carrying out.
- I will only commence a job after completing an individual risk assessment and when it is safe to do so.
- I will be fit for work, including sufficiently rested, prior to operating equipment or vehicles.
- I will only commence work when there is a valid permit to work and will not bypass safety controls.
- I will isolate and confirm the isolation of all equipment before starting any work, including electrical sources.
- I will use appropriate restraint equipment when working at heights.
- I will never work in the line of fire.
- I will obey all driving conditions to ensure safe driving and I will obey driving rules, including wearing a seatbelt, obeying speed limits, and not using mobile phones, while ensuring journey management prerequisites when appropriate.
- I will proactively identify, report and take action on risks, incidents/injuries and near misses.
